All services are scoped and agreed upon before execution through proposals, documented discussions, or contracts. Any work outside the agreed scope requires separate approval and may involve additional costs or timelines.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, required assets, and approvals. Delays in communication or inputs may impact delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of TechSaviour.
Payments must be made as agreed in advance. Once work has begun, advance payments are non-refundable. Final deliverables may be withheld until full payment is completed.
While we build robust and scalable systems, TechSaviour does not guarantee business outcomes such as revenue, conversions, or rankings. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
All shared information remains confidential. Upon full payment, clients own final deliverables, while TechSaviour retains rights to internal frameworks and the ability to showcase work in its portfolio unless restricted.
Either party may terminate an engagement if terms are breached or communication fails. Work completed up to termination must be paid for, and no refunds apply to completed or in-progress work.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of these Terms.
